Lisa Mazur, a New Hampshire Republican State Representative, has recently posted several statements on her Twitter account regarding political events and policy stances.
On May 31, 2026, Mazur addressed her absence and that of other Republican female State Representatives from a particular event. She wrote, “There’s a reason you don’t see any NH Republican female State Reps at this event. I was invited to it and, before confirming, I asked ‘Can you please let me know if your organization thinks biological males should be able to participate in girls / women’s sports and enter their'”.
The following day, June 1, 2026, Mazur posted another message affirming her stance on youth protection: “Yes we are. It’s all about protecting the kids.”
Later that same day, she commented on ongoing political organizing efforts in New Hampshire: “Another incredible Ballot Chase Representative training is underway for @TPAction NH, and the always inspiring @tylerbowyer is kicking things off! This team is fired up and will be ready to hit the streets, chase those ballots, and turn out the vote in the Live Free or Die”.
Mazur’s remarks reflect ongoing debates within New Hampshire politics regarding gender participation in sports and broader efforts by local Republican groups to mobilize voters ahead of upcoming elections. The “Ballot Chase Representative training” referenced by Mazur involves coordinated initiatives by Turning Point Action (TPAction), an organization known for its grassroots conservative activism focused on increasing voter turnout through ballot collection strategies.
New Hampshire has seen heightened discussion over policies related to transgender athletes’ participation in women’s sports. These issues have become focal points in legislative sessions across several states as lawmakers debate eligibility criteria for school athletics programs.
