Town of Effingham NH Planning Board recently issued the following announcement.
Planning Board Site Plan Application Aug. 5 at 6:30pm
The Effingham Planning Board received a site plan application for Meena LLC represented by Mark & Jacob McConkey, requesting approval for a service station and apartment conversion on property formerly known as “Boyle’s Market” at 41 NH Route 25, listed as Tax Map 401-5.
The Planning Board will review the application for site plan review and possibly proceed to public hearing of this matter on Thursday, August 5th at 6:30 pm. Any interested parties may attend the Planning Board meeting.
The consideration of application acceptance and subsequent public hearing for the application will not begin before 6:30 pm, after board business.
The meeting/public hearing will be held in person at the town hall.
