Town of Northfield issued the following announcement on August 30.

The Town is preparing for the Town wide re-evaluation scheduled for 2022. You may have received a card in the mail seeking a visit from the assessor (Cross Country Appraisal Group LLC) if we did not do an interior inspection or if the property was marked for No Tresspassing. An interior inspection is optional, however we encourage everyone to review their assessment card to verify the information is correct. If any information in not correct you will need to set up an appointment with the assessor to have it corrected. Please follow the instructions on the card to set up the appointment.

To view your assessment card click here, once on the map on the left hand side click Search, start typing in your last name or address, click on the appropriate link below the search box. A blue box will appear on the map, the assessment cards are attached under Documents.
