Town of Sandwich issued the following announcement on September 2.

The Board of Selectmen of the Town of Sandwich is accepting sealed bids for the following Town-owned properties beginning on Monday, September 13th, 2021:

• Map R2 Lot 31A (Beede Flats Road, vacant land): Minimum bid accepted: $2,004.10
• Map R3 Lot 40 (127 Foss Flats Road, land & structure): Minimum bid accepted: $3,135.42
• Map R7 Lot 7A: (Wing Road, vacant land): Minimum bid accepted: $1,690.63

Sealed bids must be returned no later than Thursday, October 21st to the Selectmen’s Office, PO Box 194, 8 Maple Street, Center Sandwich NH 03227 marked “[Map and Lot Number] Sealed Bid”. Bids will be opened at 5:00 PM October 25th at Town Hall. The Town of Sandwich reserves the right to accept or reject and all bids. All properties are sold as is. Please refer to the Zoning Ordinance for zoning related questions. Our tax maps can be found on our website www.sandwichnh.org.
