City of Concord: Airport Development Opportunity RFI

Air22

City of Concord issued the following announcement on September 14.

On September 14, 2021, the City of Concord issued a Request for Statements of Interest (RFI) for the development of land parcels at the Concord Municipal Airport (CON). These parcels are intended to have facilities constructed that are related to aviation. Seven sites have been identified for development by the Concord Airport Advisory Committee based on the May 2006 Concord Municipal Airport Master Plan Update. These sites are designated to be available on a long-term, ground lease basis to private individuals or corporations for the construction of aviation-related structures including, but not limited to, office buildings to accommodate aviation technologies, commercial aircraft hangars, T-hangars, aviation repair facilities, etc. as permitted by the City’s “Minimum Standards and Procedures for Concord, New Hampshire, Municipal Airport”, adopted March 12, 1984; and revised 2013. View the Airport Development Zones tab for a site map, site descriptions, and additional information.
