City of Concord issued the following announcement on October 18.
A second neighborhood forum regarding Narrow Streets in the Wall Street neighborhood is being held on October 25 at 7 p.m. in Council Chambers. The purpose of the forum is to review the Parking Committee’s final draft recommendations for parking changes on narrow streets in that neighborhood.
