City of Concord issued the following announcement on March 17.
In coordination with the Office of the New Hampshire Kid Governor, during March 21st – March 31st, CPL will be running a Food for Fines program. Patrons may bring in one canned food donation item for every $5.00 owed to remove the fine from their account. This applies only to overdue fines. All food will be donated to the Friends of the Forgotten Children Food Pantry.
