Each year, the Funds for Education Golf Tournament raises funds to directly support the Chamber’s Business Grants for Teachers program and the Chamber's esteemed Capital Area Student Leadership (CASL) program. The Chamber has awarded over $161,000 in business grants to area teachers and over 725 area sophomores have graduated from CASL since the program began.
This scramble style tournament kicks off with an 8 a.m. shotgun start at Beaver Meadow Golf Course in Concord. Enjoy a day of networking, food and fun! Buy some raffle tickets, try the Air Cannon, and work your short game in our putting contest. Prizes awarded for team foursomes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place, as well as other fun contests. Want a little extra "insurance", don't forget to purchase a "golfer kit" containing items to advance play, we even have a VIP package this year (one kit or one VIP package per team foursome).
