For our fifth event of the CYPN Wellness Series, we'll get our bodies moving with a Zumba class from instructor Sindy Chown. You may know Sindy from her traditional Colombian performances at the Concord Multicultural Festival. Meet us in the park for a great outdoor workout!

More about the CYPN Wellness Series: Need a covid catharsis? Struggling with that home office booty? Unsure what wellness even means?! CYPN is working with our local health experts to bring you a post-covid wellness reset. This series is for all people who practice wellness; whether you’ve never looked at a vegetable before or if you’re climbing mountains every weekend; there’s resources for every level of wellness. In this series we will be exploring the wellness wheel; a tool to used evaluate and work towards a more balanced health in the areas of spiritual, emotional, intellectual, physical, social, financial, and environmental. Keep your eyes peeled for new events as we explore all aspects of wellness in our upcoming wellness series.
