NON PUBLIC SESSION:  Pursuant to RSA 91-A:3,II(a) dismissal, promotion, or compensation of any public employee to conduct performance evaluation for the Solid Waste Supervisor.

5:30 p.m.             PUBLIC HEARING pursuant to RSA 31:95-b

To consider the acceptance of unanticipated funds in the amount of $100,606.75 which is half of Sutton’s projected total funding from the America Rescue Plan Act, Local Recovery Fund.  Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend.

5:45 p.m.             NON PUBLIC SESSION:

Pursuant to RSA 91-A:3,II(c) matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person, other than a member of this board.
