Concord Polic locate a 14-year-old girl who had been missing for over a week. | Adobe Stock
Concord Police have located 14-year-old Kihana Blake, who authorities say had been missing for more than a week.
In a tweet dated Dec. 28, the Concord Police Department posted a tweet asking the public for any information on the missing girl, listing all of her important details, along with two photographs.
“The missing juvenile has been located. Thank you,” Concord Police wrote in their update to the tweet, posted Dec. 29.
Blake was located after having been missing for eight days. In a Facebook post on Dec. 28, Concord Police stated that Blake had been last seen at her home on Dec. 20 at 8:30 p.m. and was believed to have walked out of the apartment after playing with her sister.
According to the post, Blake is a new member of the community, having moved from Franklin recently. Police suggested she could be in either the Franklin or Laconia areas.
While the teen has since returned home, no additional information has been provided by the Concord Police.
