Volunteer to clean up litter with our Blue Bag Program! Our program is a free and easy way to organize a litter clean-up of any public Concord roadway or space within the City's right-of-way. It's a great activity this time of year for groups, organizations, or individuals! Just submit a participation release form on our website, pick up free blue bags at our office, perform the litter clean-up, leave the filled bags roadside, and then notify us where the bags are when you're done and we'll make sure they get collected.
