City of Concord offices will be closed for Thanksgiving on Thursday, November 24 and Friday, November 25. Trash and recycling collection for Thursday will be postponed to Friday. Friday's collection will be delayed to Saturday. The Concord Transfer Station will also be closed on Thursday. Bulk leaf collection will not take place on Thanksgiving Day or the day after, but will resume on Monday (weather permitting). There will be no bagged leaf collection on Thursday.
